Job Description:Receiving inbound calls from customers regarding printers,routers,emails issues and campaign calls.Analyzing the issues and selling relevant plans and softwares.
Candidates Profile:Must Have experience in outbound tech process more than 6 months.
Must know how to close the calls and take the payment from the customers.
Primary role will involve handling inbound calls.
1) Process: - Inbound Voice
2) Shifts Timing: Night (8.30 pm-6:30 am)
3) Salary: - 10 to 20 percent hike on present ctc.
4) Experience: - 6 months Exp. In international outbound process
5) Criteria: - Candidate should be Fluent in English.
6) Shifts: Night shift only
