Job Summary

Restaurant Management, Guest Handling, Customer Service

Responsibilities and Duties

Assign patrons to tables suitable for their needs and according to rotation so that servers receive an appropriate number of seating

Speak with patrons to ensure satisfaction with food and service, to respond to complaints, or to make conversation.

Take and prepare to-go orders.

Operate cash registers to accept payments for food and beverages.

Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.

Maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness with the help of the housekeeping staff.

Ensure adherence to all standard operating procedures

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Eligibility criteria:

Graduate/ Hotel Management qualification / Relevant work Exp.

Age limit ( 18 to 25)

Excellent communication skills (Fluency in English)

Good social & interactive skills Pleasant personality.

Well groomed.
