Marari Villas is looking for a professional butler/villa host to work in a luxury beach villa at Marari Beach near Alleppey.

Experience required: Hotel Management education. Minimum 5 years’ experience in hospitality with foreign tourists, good written & spoken English, experience in F&B Service, guest relations, Front Office, Operations Management preferably in 5

star resorts as a butler, head waiter, restaurant captain. Experience outside India is a benefit.

Everyday tasks include: Providing personalised service to the guests; F&B service, taking care of the Arrival/Departure procedures, providing information about the Villa facilities & services, arranging tours/activities, billing. Also managing a small team of 5 staff (chef, assistant, housekeeper, security), managing villa maintenance and reporting to owners.

The salary and benefits are as follows:

• Rs.15,000-18,000 per month starting (negotiable, depending on experience)

• Share of common tips - usually Rs.7-8,000 per month in season

• Onam and Christmas bonus (half salary each)

• Meals provided

• Company mobile phone SIM provided

• Additional work paid if less than 4 days leave per month

We are a small company with 5 villas (9 rooms). We are foreign (British/Russian) owners and we focus on a very high quality, personal guest experience and a 'family' relationship with our staff. We are looking for a villa manager for a 2 bedroom luxury villa, so you will be managing 4-6 guests and 5 staff.
