• Being face of the company and assisting team and handling day to day activities of the company.
• Handling visitors, making entries in log books, attending incoming calls taking messages, forwarding the calls to the appropriate sections of people, take care of entire front office related activities, Excellent communication skill.
• Assist people smoothly with a smile on face and should actively interact with them
• Greet people warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
• Handling counter billing & Cash settlement
• Daily reports on number of invoices billed.
• Handling calls & Handling customer queries.
• Taking care of overall front area, including Notice board, promotions, board meetings etc.
• Dispatching the courier consignment and tracking the details and follow up made.
• Handling inward and outward register for the distributors.
• Handling incoming and outgoing calls.
• Perform basic book keeping, filing and clerical duties.
• Fixing appointments for the distributors and informing the concern depts.
• Informing the courier person about the courier.
• Aware of business plan and products as to educate the customers if they wanted to know about the company and products( in the form of Mail/Walk-In/ Phone call)
Salary:Rs 15 -18K take home
