JOB DESCRIPTION
• Handling Customer service & Sales Calls from US Customers
• Follow ups with customers and clients for existing reservations.
• Sell / cross sell travel related services (Flights, Hotel, Car, Travel Insurance , holiday Packages etc)
• Meeting monthly performance metrics
REQUIREMENTS:
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
• 1 year + experience in international BPO.
• Should have worked in any sales process
• Flexible to work in any shifts (24X7).
• Should be a team player
