The promoter is one of the director in Inox. He has

a gated community in Vasind whereby there are

plots of 15000 sq ft each (on a hill) with

community centre etc. The company has some

contractors and can oversee the construction at

additional cost. The cost of the plot is 90 lakhs.

Job Description / Key responsibilities:

The candidate is supposed to do the leveling of the

plots, construct internal roads, plot boundaries,

community hall, landscaping etc for Navyug const.

It can also include construction of high end villas in

the plots sold to the customer if he wishes to const

a house immediately.

Candidates in western suburbs like virar, palghar

etc are preferred.

Key Skillsets: Should be able to independently manage the site

Qualification: diploma / BE civil

Experience: 1- 3 yrs

CTC Range: (Fixed + variable) 2-4 lakhs

Reporting To: Sr/ Project Engineer/Project Manager
