Job Responsibilities:
* Should be a team player having strong inter-personal skills
* Should possess good communication skills
* Should do the lesson plan for the Montessori curriculum children
* Should be organized and plan well ahead the daily/monthly activities
* Should maintain records and updates about children’s learning/behavioural development
* Should maintain a good rapport with the parents
* Be flexible to prepare the classroom materials
