•Welcome visitors and address their need in a professional manner.

•Answer incoming phone calls in a timely and courteous manner

•Listen actively & communicate verbally with confidence and clarity

•Ensure resolution of queries and issues relating to client / vendor

•Register visitors detail, issuing visitor cards & directing them to right person.

•Maintains a clean reception area.

•Respond appropriately to Employee queries

•Help support staff as & when required

•Administrative work as required & assigned from time to time

Required Candidate profile---------

•Male//Female candidate

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent

•0-2 years of relevant work experience

•Freshers can also apply

•Smart, friendly and confident personality.

•Good spoken and written communication skills.

•Ability to stay calm under pressure.

•Basic IT skills that includes proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook.

•Good Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication, Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus
