How Invest4Justice Litigation Crowdfunding Works: Litigants or law firms who desire legal funding for all or part of a claim choose how much litigation funding they would like and specify the percentage share of the judgment or settlement they will offer as a reward.
Investors review claim listings and invest in legal claims that meet their criteria.
Once the legal dispute has settled or resulted in a final judgment, the investor receives the agreed upon percentage share of the settlement or judgment within two weeks of its recovery.
