Customizing and packaging enterprise and supplemental applicationsParticipating in the project management,

architecture, planning, impact analysis, installation repackaging, and execution of hardware and software rollouts

and migrationsResearching problems independently as necessary using a variety of tools and resources to provide

a comprehensive review and analysis of the problemOwning and resolving second and third level technical support

problems with enterprise and specific applications, software and hardware configurationsTesting and documenting

hardware and software installation procedures and deploymentDeveloping and supporting custom scripts

(AppleScript, Cocoa, etc.) and applicationsDesktop & Application support experience in an large enterprise

environmentsManage Operating Systems in multi-platform environmentsExtensive experience with image

deployment and package creation/managementDesktop imaging and user profile managementSecure Desktop

including Full Disk Encryption and Recover using FileVault, FileVault2, and or PGPConfiguration Management and

Centralized Policy Enforcement of the operating system including Remote ManagementManage complex, multi-platform

environments that include Operating SystemsExtensive experience with image deployment and package

creation/managementApple Hardware RMA warranty managementAdvanced knowledge supporting Apple productivity

applications:MS Office, i Work, i Life, and Visualization(VMware Fusion, Parallels), X Code, X quartz/X11

Qualification:

Desktop management experience using tools like SCCM, LANDesk, or Altiris

Ability to work on multiple projects and deployments simultaneously

Sound troubleshooting, analysis, problem resolution, judgment and decision making skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Bachelor & rsquos degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering
