Job Description:
Work with software products to Analyze and develop content for Product online help, technical manuals, Release Notes etc.
Collaborates with technical team and subject matter experts to Write and edit articles and blogs on the technical services provided by the company
Manage website content and all company collateral materials Presentations, Brochures and other marketing materials including business blogging & newsletters
Have basic knowledge of SEO/SMM, keyword usage
Job type : Part time
Education : Any graduation with excellent communication skills in English
Experience : 3+ years in software product documentation
Skills : HTML, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Google AdWords, Wordpress experience a bonus!
