HR Research Interns

What we are looking for? We are looking for sharp minds to be engaged as HR Interns for a very intuitive project on Aptitude Assessment Model.

Students who would love to explore the human potential assessment domain by applying their knowledge and understanding of why each life is unique and what drives that uniqueness can apply.

How would the interns spend their time with us? It will be 6 weeks of intense exploration about finding the assessment criteria under various aptitudes pertaining to most of the specialisations such as – Civil Engineering, Banking, Financial Management, Marketing Management, Supply Chain, HR, Sales, Customer Services, Hospitality, Loss Prevention etc.

Who are we & what we do? The KV team is a group of very energetic management professionals who are looking at creating practical and simple tools for the industry to enhance the employability quotient of the students at large. The Aptitude test being one such project.

We offer excellent and very informal work environment in a very creatively carved out workplace for supporting intellectual juices to flow at their best in South City2, Gurgaon.

Ten Interns required to take this unique opportunity of practical, technology based HR tool. We expect the work to start asap.
