• Ensure that all design work is completed to the highest standard.

• Ensure that the Design team is aware of trends & improvements in both techniques & technology that are relevant to the business.

• Conceptualize, design, and produce user interface and navigation deliverables for website and feature development.

• Utilize research to understand primary and secondary data as a basis for development of new experiences.

• Participate in product usability testing process & brainstorming solutions to identified problems.

• Interface with key stakeholders to incorporate business requirements in navigation and UI.

• Understand how to use the latest Web technology to design dynamic, usable experiences.

Candidate Requirements:

1 Smart visualizing capability.

2 Knowledge of Print works.

3 Ability to conceive and develop corporate branding, image, and style.

4 General technical competency required.

5 Self-starting, hard-working and inquisitive personality.

6 Proven experience giving presentations to internal and external customers.

7 Must work well with others of all personality types in an intense environment.

8 Teamwork, attention to detail, and great communication skills are required.

9 Able to make Flash Animations for banners, basic websites etc.

10 Software knowledge: Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver.

11 Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 is very important.

12 Working knowledge of UX standards .

13 Solid understanding of web and mobile usability.

14 Any experience of creating prototype is a plus.

15 Experience in online retail, commercial applications, online marketing and communication would be a nice addition.
