Software Engineer Trainee:
About Maxmasoft Technologies.
Maxmasoft Technologies has been established in 2013, we are into software development and Maintenance, projects out sourcing.
About software engineer trainee(Only Dot-Net Freshers).
Here we will take the candidates as a intern for 3 months, based on interview (basic .Net) we will take only 10 candidates .
i) In first month trainee will be trained on dot net and project architecture with sample project.
ii) From the second month we will deploy you on the live project which we are doing the clients and we will divide into teams and each team is reporting to their team leads.
iii) For every two weeks we will take employee performance review.
iv)After 3 months based on performance ,will be appointed as permanent employee with maxmasoft technologies ,for remaining candidates job assistance with certification.
Note:
Ø Company won’t provide any leaves in the periodof training.
Ø Monday to Saturday working days, Sunday if is off.
Ø With formal dressing and should maintain login timings every day.
Ø Daily report to team leads through email.
Ø This is completely development company.
