Vacancy for voice and backoffice process in BPO

We are recruiting for an international bpo in Mumbai and we require candidates for inbound customer care process as well as backoffice process.

All the vacancies are for international processes and are running 24*7.

Shifts will be rotational and pick up and drop will be available during the night.

Transport facility depends on the shift timings.

Skill sets required :-

•Basic understanding of the Internet, Email and how to use a PC Operating System.

•Comprehensive writing skills

•Precise writing skills with good command on grammar & spelling

•Good Typing speed

•Good communication skills will be an added advantage

•Ability to analyze and solve technical problems

Salary offered would be 8k to 14k depending upon experience and interview.
