Description

Job Responsibilities:

1.Managing 10 numbers of the field operations/sales team to drive revenue growth.

2.Training and motivating the team to achieve daily, weekly, monthly targets.

3.Develop and manage efficient agency channel sales.

4.Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory and target setting for the sales team.

5.Collecting customer and market feedback and reporting the same to the reporting authority

6.Monitoring sales team performance, analysing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to Regional Sales Heads.

Competencies and Skills Required:

Team management and sales target achievement are the important responsibilities of an Area Manager.

2.Ability to manage teams.

3.Strong interpersonal skills.

4.Ability to meet targets.

5.Problem solving skills.

6.Technology Savvy.

7.Fair understanding about Agency Sales.

Qualification:

Any Graduate with Sales & Man Management experience of at least 8-10 years.

Preferred MBA (Sales/Marketing).

Knowledge about the local geography & market assigned to the candidate.
