Description

Achieving individual and/or team target.

Responsible for generating and attending sales leads through various sources.

Acquiring new business through References, Networking, Cold calling etc.

Present the complete project details, property features and benefits.

Follow-up on leads and pass on positive leads to seniors for closure of sales.

To coordinate with the legal team for preparing and execution of agreements and all documents for clients.

Relationship building with customers for reference sale.

Maintain all necessary information; prepare various reports as needed by the management.

Must have skills:

Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Strong convincing skills.

Aggressive and sales oriented, with attractive incentives.

Self-driven, results-oriented professional with a clear focus on client satisfaction along with business profit.

Knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word), internet and email.

Candidates with a vehicle will be preferred.

Candidates who worked in some real estate company are welcome.
