 (g)Co-ordinating with external lawyers, in case of Labour Disputes, in the event the case is transferred to the competent court.

 (h)Ensuring timely renewal of existing trademarks and patents.

 (i)Setting stringent Legal processes.

Technical Qualification: Passed Typewriting Lower Grade with a good typing speed.

PRIOR TO BECOMING ADVOCATE

I worked as Manager with M/s Razzak Enterprises, Man Power Consultancy Firm at Hyderabad

that recruits skilled, semi-skilled and un-skilled labourers to Gulf countries I managed the

complete recruitment process right from advertisement, holding and Conducting interviews of the

most eligible and efficient candidates, short listing according to the requirement and experience,

then their medical, visa stamping, air-ticketing etc. My work comprised of telex operating, telephone operating, conversation with the foreign delegates, candidates, complete arrangement of the entire

process, maintaining files pertaining to jobs, administration etc.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

Subsequent to the job held as a Manager, I worked as a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

OFFICER with M/s Reliant Traders, Exclusive Dealer for MRF Tyres, Hyderabad, I worked hard

to see the sales turn over reach high comparatively in competition with other market leaders, I my self

was appointed as an exclusive dealer for CEAT TYRES of entire old city by Mr. Bhasin, Regional Manager for CEAT TYRES, I had to wound-up due to lack of funds as an individual.

Then I started recruiting people and sending to Saudi Arabia on my own with my own office,

and getting the visas directly from Dammam, Saudi Arabia but the visas were banned by Saudi Arabia Government in 1997 and so I opted for doing LL.B and then became the Advocate.

Languages known: I have expertise in English, Arabic, Urdu, Hindi and Telugu languages.

Computing: Familiarity with windows packages including MS Word, MS access and internet explorer, experience of West Law and Lexis, competent user of Raisers Edge.

I am a Commerce Graduate with an additional qualification in Law, I have tremendous experience in developing the business by technical ways that shoots the company’s turn over to unimaginable heights in other words sky is the limit, I am enthusiastic , creative, innovative and have the caliber to study the business changing trends and know how to deal tactfully in the world of heavy competition. I can manage the business independently as I am a First Class Law Graduate, I can draft the policies of the company, legal documentation pertaining to the agreements etc. and also capable to solve the issues between the management and the staff with the help of arbitration that prevents to knock the doors of the courts.
