After sales support is an essential part of Pamtec. To maintain the performance and the durability of the machines, we have with us a team of very competent service, mechanics, electricians, technical assistants and helpers that are present at our sites, spread all across the country.

In addition to supplying machines, we also undertake Annual Maintenance Contracts to ensure that the machines keep running for a longer period of time and remain in good condition. We have a dedicated service team for each of our machines who are well-trained and deliver excellent after-sales service. We have a running stock of spare parts for our range of products to ensure there is low downtime.

We also have an active sales support team that can cater to all your needs whenever you need assistance.

We also have a supply of running spares that are available with us at all times at our workshops located in various locations. So, you don’t have to worry about the machine’s idle time anymore!
