Study and understand customer requirements and find-out suitable technical applications.
Prepare techno-commercial system offers and submit to the customers without delays.
Submit clarifications to the customers on the offers submitted.
Complete contract reviews for all the orders received and complete SO registration.
Complete engineering activities of preparation of drawings, BOM, data sheet, SAP activities, release of drawings internally and externally for all projects as per the activity chart.
Participate in the technical discussion and negotiations.
Obtain approvals from customers / consultants for the drawings.
Provide technical support to manufacturing team in the assembly process.
Provide technical support to quality in the testing and customer inspections.
Provide technical support to marketing, sales and service teams.
Ensure documentation as per QMS standards.
Ensure as-built drawings for the systems supplied and standardise the applications.
Ensure user manuals as per the requirements.
Co-ordination with sales and project execution will be an added advantage
