Experience in Design and Development of Multi cylinder engines, preferably for Passenger vehicles. ( Gasoline/ Diesel)
Experience includes engine periphery parts, integration of an existing engine into a new car
Experience includes core parts design and development like Cylinder block, Cylinder head, Crankshaft, Connecting rod, Camshaft
Experience in CAD is required and CAE is valued
Know how of Engine simulation softwares will be added advantage.
Experience in Sub-contractor management is valued
Should have lead a team for min 5 years
Management experience, Leadership, Program management
International experience is required. Knowledge of German is a strong added value
