Role: Assistant Sales Manager/Sales Manager – Agency Channel
Salary: 2,00,000 - 3,50,000 P.A. for Bangalore + Incentives (best in the Industry)
Job Profile: Recruit Advisors and drive sales through them
Counseling and motivating Advisors.
Responsible for assigning & finalizing targets, monitor & review periodically
Implementation of Strategies designed by the Branch Managers.
Increase market reach and penetration
Generate leads.
Consistent sales output utilizing your management & monitoring capabilities
Candidates from any sales background preferred.
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidate must have completed 10+2+3yrs of education.
Candidate must be minimum of 25 yrs of age.
Must have at least 2 yrs of sales experience in any industry.
Must be a domicile of the branch location and have good contacts in the area.
