Job Description
Responsibility for L1 support.
Maintaining Desktop & Laptops in the Organisation.
Installation and maintaining Windows 2008 R2 Server , XP/ Vista/ Win-7 Operating Systems.
Installation Maintenance & Configuration Active Directory Service.
Installation and troubleshooting of outlook.
DNS, DHCP Server configuration and maintaining.
Implementation & troubleshooting of Device Drivers, the printer related and hardware issues.
Hands on experience on Remote Administration remote Site Remote Assistance.
Applying operating system updates and configuration changes
Troubleshooting of LAN.
Tool used- PRTG Network Monitor (Server Monitoring tool)
