Acquiring and understanding the client 's manpower requirements.

Sourcing quality candidates’ profiles through various modes including Job postings, Job Portals, internal Database and through referrals.

Preliminary screening of the profiles by telephonic interview and check whether they match with the client’s requirement criteria.

Validating the candidates based on their proficiency in the respective skill set and communication skills.

Short-listing the profiles with the maximum accuracy and filling the requirements.

Scheduling interview for the short listed candidates.

Interacting with the Client and selected Candidates regarding the offer.

Helping out the client in handling the negotiation part regarding the package, joining period, etc.

Following up with the candidates and Client till the candidates join.

Preparing and maintaining the tracker sheet for entire recruitment process.

Updating and maintaining the records in the internal database on an on-going basis.
